● 针对翻译起始位点区设计的Morpholino 用于抑制蛋白质的翻译，针对 pre-mRNA 剪切位点区设计的Morpholino 可影响mRNA 剪切，得到不 同的转录本，可以方便地用于目标基因结构域的突变研究；
